Cobrain has a plugin for Cursor, listed on cursor.directory: it brings the connector and the skill that teaches the agent when to load context and how to save without overwriting.
A Cobrain account (free, with your email) and this address: it is the only thing you carry into the other program. No key, no password.
https://cobrain.space/mcpAccess: read and write, with exactly your permissions. Duration: until you revoke it, from the Connections page in the dashboard.
3 in all. One action per step; wherever something can go wrong, the fix is inside that step.
Open the Cobrain page on cursor.directory and install the plugin: Cursor opens and adds cobrain to its MCP servers.
In Cursor's MCP settings, next to cobrain, start the sign-in: the browser opens on Cobrain. Check that the page says Cursor wants to connect to your brain, then press Authorise.
In the MCP settings cobrain now shows its tools. Open the agent chat and ask for something that is in your brain.
If it answers with your notes, it is connected.
In Cursor's agent chat type: «search my brain for information about the client ACME». If it answers with your notes, it is connected.
The plugin does not install? Add only the connector with this link: Cursor opens and asks you to confirm. Or in Cursor's MCP settings add a server with the address https://cobrain.space/mcp.

You sign in with your email, come back here and follow the steps. Three minutes, and your AI can read your brain.
