You take a branch — a folder, or a single note — and hand it to a colleague. It appears in their tree. And their AI reads it too. It is the part no other memory tool has, and it is why Pro exists.
The problem, with two people
You are not the only one starting over. Your colleague is too.
The client is the same, but you have your context and they have theirs. What you decided with Claude does not reach their ChatGPT, and what they found out yesterday your AI does not know today. You catch up by voice, by email, in a chat: and both your AIs are left out of the catching up.
How you share
A branch, an email address, a permission.
- Open the folder or the note and press Share.
- Type your colleague’s email and choose whether they can read or can write.
- They get an email. They sign in with it, free, and the branch appears in their tree, under «Received», with your name next to it.
- From that moment their AI reads it too: when they ask about the client, it finds your notes alongside theirs.

What the person receiving sees
The branch. Only the branch.
Whoever receives clients/acme sees that folder and everything inside it, including the notes you add tomorrow. They do not see the rest of your brain, and neither does their AI: the rule is applied by the database, the same for the site and for the AIs. If the branch holds a note you would rather not hand over, Cobrain tells you before you press Share: move it out, then share.
Read or write
You decide, per branch, per person.
With read, your colleague and their AI read, search and load the context. With write, they can also add and correct: Marta’s note about the price list is written by Marta, in your brain, and you find it there. Every change says who made it, and the previous version stays.
Writing on shared branches belongs to the Pro plan. Whoever receives never pays, in any case: the plan is paid for by whoever shares, and the free plan includes three read-only shares so you can see what it is like.
Who it is for
Anyone who works with someone else on the same things.
- An agency: one branch per client, shared with whoever handles it. The decisions taken with the client are found by everyone, and by every AI.
- Two partners: you with Claude, them with ChatGPT, on the same notes. Neither of you starts over.
- A consultant and their client: you share the project branch, read-only. They ask their AI where things stand, and the answer comes out of your notes.
- A team with a new joiner: you share the branches they need. On day one their AI already knows what everyone else knows.
